The Gig Rig is a double-story transportable event bar, guaranteed to take your event to the next level (quite literally!) Parked in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, The Gig Rig is a road-worthy truck, which folds out into an impressive double-story space, making it the ultimate viewing platform for functions and events. The enormity of the structure makes it the perfect sponsorship opportunity that is hard to miss. Towering above, The Gig Rig offers the best in brand visibility and endless opportunities.
Regularly used as an exclusive area for sponsors or as a branded activation, The Gig Rig has been seen at well-known events; CMC Rocks, Brisbane Racing Club, Promiseland Festival, Red Hot Summer Tour, Juicy Festival and Santos Festival of Rugby.
The Gig Rig not only acts as an additional service point with shading and seating, but provides brilliant views of your event from its upper balcony. The “truck” has a full integrated audio system and features an external 4.1m x 2.3m LED big screen, which can be used to stream a live feed of your event or sold as an advertising opportunity.
In front of the big screen is a 24sqm hydraulically positioned stage, which also backs onto a door for any performers to enter or exit the stage to the indoor dressing room. The stage can be used for whatever your imagination can muster, whether for performers, brand ambassadors or live music.
Your Gig Rig hire deal will include an experienced driver to get it to you in perfect condition, as well as two men who will set it up and pack it down.
We recommend The Gig Rig bump-in two days prior to the event and allow for one business day for both setting up and packing down.
